Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

1. Introduction

FASTx Partners (“FASTx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit www.fastxpartners.com (the “Site”), contact us, or sign up to receive our communications.

This policy covers information collected through the Site and related online communications. It does not cover information we receive while delivering consulting services under a client agreement; that information is governed by the terms of that agreement.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, subscribe to our emails, or write to us, we may collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company or organization name (optional)
  • The content of your message, including details about your needs or project

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location (city, state, or country)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and the referring website
  • Date and time of your visit

Information from email interactions. When you receive our marketing emails, we may collect whether you opened an email and which links you clicked.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as health information, Social Security numbers, or financial account details, through the Site. Please do not submit this kind of information through our contact form.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations about our services
  • Provide information about our fractional executive and consulting services
  • Send newsletters, insights, case studies, and event or webinar announcements, where you have signed up or where the law allows
  • Understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content and performance
  • Protect the Site against fraud, spam, and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site is built on WordPress. WordPress, our hosting provider, and the plugins we use may set cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, keep it secure, and remember your preferences. We also use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use the Site.

These tools may collect information about your device and your activity on the Site and, in some cases, across other websites over time. You can learn how Google uses this data at How Google uses information from sites that use our services, and you can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. Where a cookie banner is shown, you can also manage your choices there.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browsers may send a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no common standard for it, the Site does not respond to it. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information.

5. Marketing Emails

If you subscribe to our newsletter or ask to hear from us, we will send you emails about our insights, services, case studies, webinars, and events. We send these emails through our website platform or an email service provider.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by writing to info@fastxpartners.com. After you unsubscribe, we may still send you non-marketing messages, such as replies to your inquiries or messages about an active engagement.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting and content management (WordPress and our hosting provider), analytics (Google), email delivery, scheduling, and customer relationship tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • FASTx team members. Our fractional executives and consultants, when needed to respond to your inquiry or discuss a possible engagement.
  • Legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of FASTx, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy’s protections.
  • With your consent. In any other case where you ask us to or agree that we may.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of analytics cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws; see Section 8 for how to opt out.

7. Data Retention and Security

Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up, and email subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We may keep some information longer when the law requires it or to resolve disputes.

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where data is stored. FASTx is based in the United States, and we and our service providers store and process information in the United States.

8. Your Choices and U.S. State Privacy Rights

Choices available to everyone. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, manage cookies in your browser, and ask us to update or delete the information you have sent us.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, state laws may give you some or all of these rights. They include the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in states such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and Oregon:

  • Know and access: ask what personal information we have collected about you and get a copy
  • Correct: ask us to fix inaccurate personal information
  • Delete: ask us to delete personal information we collected from you
  • Opt out: opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling
  • Non-discrimination: use these rights without being treated differently by us

How to make a request. Email info@fastxpartners.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you want to use. We will verify your request by matching the information you give us with the information we hold. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your signed permission. We will respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days.

Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” If you are not satisfied with the appeal result, you may contact your state attorney general.

California “Shine the Light.” California residents may ask once a year whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not make such disclosures.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is meant for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites and platforms, such as LinkedIn and YouTube. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may also notify you through the Site or by email.
